• Intumescent fire & smoke seal• 30 minutes rated• Pack contains 2x 2.1m and 1x 1.05m lengths for fewer butt joints around the frameA Fire & Smoke Seal Door Pack from Astroflame for fire door assemblies. An intumescent graphite-based fire seal contained within a PVC sleeve for fitting into a rebate to either the leaves or the frame of a door. In the event of a fire the seal expands (intumesces) to many times its original volume, and seals the gap around the door to provide a safe and effective barrier against the passage of fire, smoke, and hot gases. The Fire & Smoke Seal Door Pack is Certifire Approved and tested in accordance with BS476 Part 22: 1987. It has been Smoke tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-3: 2004 and has a fire rating of 30 minutes. The Astroflame Fire & Smoke Seal Door Pack is a brush type fire and smoke seal, supplied with self-adhesive backing tape.10mm profile size: 10mm x 4mm and pack contains 2x strip lengths of 2100mm to be used on both sides of a fire door, and 1x brush strip length of 1050mm to be used on the top of a fire door.15mm profile size: 15mm x 4mm and pack contains 2x strip lengths of 2100mm to be used on both sides of a fire door, and 1x brush strip length of 1050mm to be used on the top of a fire door.
